Access Contracts and Legal Documents:

If you end up selling your home to an unrepresented buyer (one that does not have a REALTOR®), then you will need access to contracts that you and the buyer can use to ensure you have a legally binding sale. You will have access to similar contracts that REALTORS® use when doing residential real estate transactions in Alberta, with the necessary deletions and changes to reflect a private sale.. However, if you choose to sign up for our NegotiAid® service, you have no worries here, your rhinoagent looks after the negotiation and paperwork!

Receive Automated Market Watch Information:

Smart sellers stay on top of what’s happening in the market. Choose to receive real-time automated emails on new listings, price changes and sold activity for homes that are competing in the marketplace with your own. This information is sent to you via the proprietary MLS® System database of your local real estate board. At your in-home REALTOR® visit, make sure to discuss the parameters of the market information you want to receive. Then, after your rhinoagent has set up your request, you’ll be seeing the same information as the REALTORS® watching and working your area.

Your Printable Feature Sheet:

We’ll prepare a professional looking full-color feature sheet that you’re able to download and print. Hand them out at open houses, place them on local bulletin boards and email them to interested buyers. They also help buyers that are viewing multiple properties with a REALTOR®, to remember and talk about your property while they’re on tour.

Make Changes to Your Listing:

Throughout the course of your sale, you may want to make certain changes to your listing. From your Control Panel, you’ll be able to change your price, amend your comments, post open house dates and times and make other important changes key to the successful sale of your home. And, if you’ve chosen to add a low-cost MLS® Listing to your Owner Participation Package, your rhinoagent will reflect these changes within the MLS® System.

Report Your Sale:

Congratulations you did it! As an Owner Participation client we rely on you to report back to us when you have sold your property. If your home is listed on the MLS® System, rhinorealty is responsible for the accuracy of information in that listing. After you have sold, your Control Panel will guide you through the process of providing us with the necessary information to properly report the status and particulars of your sale. In addition to yourself, the buyers, lawyers and bankers need timely information to ensure your sale has a trouble free closing.
